The History of EMToast

EMToast was founded in 2008 and lived at emtoast.com for more than fifteen nonsensical years. That domain has since been retired from the project and is no longer under our control.

The Project Today

The current iteration of EMToast has been rebuilt for the age of digital volatility. It is now a decentralized collection of mirrored static sites. We’ve distributed our absurd world news, art of the folked, curious ideas, odd products, and short fiction across multiple platforms to ensure that even if one corner of the internet collapses, the absurdity remains.  No single platform failure takes it down.

The EMToast Mission

To preserve the "F@cked Up Toast" legacy and provide a resilient home for content that is too strange to die.  The infrastructure has changed. The mission hasn't.
